Free Standard Shipping for orders over $199*

* for Large orders and sales in some areas (out of city WA, NT, SA) Postage prices will vary - this calculation will show at the checkout prior to purchase.

 

How Much is Postage?

 

Price is dependant on area and is calclated when you are in your checkout (Before you go through with purchase), so you know what the charges are.

We deliver to all PO BOX, businesses and Street addresses

We offer Free Post for orders over $199*

 

When will my order be shipped and how long untill I receive it?

In stock Orders go out at 2pm Daily.. so all orders before 12pm are shipped that day (and if we have time I get anything else out we can!)

Postage times vary depending upon location, we are located in NSW Sydney and to most Cities it is just overnight or within 3days, outter city areas you must allow extra time and upto 6 Business days delivery. You will get an email with tracking updates so you know when arrival should be expected :) Any questions please dont hesitate to contact us.

 

How can I order?

I need my purchase Now. Can you express post?

yes, You can select this option online or please call 0448823284 to order over the phone and express post same day for you otherwise all orders go out same day before 2pm or at least next business day.

I have purchased the wrong size rug. Can I return it? 

yes, please contact us - rug needs to abide by below t&c's for exchages and refunds.

You have sent me the wrong item, can i return it.?

yes, please contact us - we will pay all postal charges on wrong items sent and once returned we will send out new item immediatly.  In some cases if you want to keep the wrong item (as a friend could fit it ect),  please contact us and we can arrange something for you if this does occur. 0448823284 or info@Impressa.com.au

My rug has a fault. Can I return it?

yes, please contact us - yes we will pay all postal charges and send out a new one to you if your item arrives with a fault - please see below t&c's

My horse has worn his rug. Can I return it?

Checking Your Product upon arrival

We ask that you check your rugs before using on your horse,  to satisfy yourself that they are of high quality and free from any manufacturing defects.

This ensures that if a rug or product is damaged sooner than expected you can be satisfied  the product was sound to begin with and any damage is a result from an accident. It is almost impossible to discern if there there was a manufacturing fault with a rug after your horse has destroyed it.

You also need to consider your horses temperament and environment you will be keeping him in to ensure the rug or product you have purchased will be suitable for him. Some horses are easy on rugs, others are rug wreckers. Materials such as polar fleece or Light mesh  are designed from fabrics that are functional in nature, but invariably weaker and easily susceptible to damage compared to better performing rugs like higher quality Deniers and Polycotton Ripstop blends.

It is your responsibility to ensure you are satisfied with the quality and fitness of purpose for the products. When you fit the rug or product for the first time, we suggest try on over a sheet or another rug to check the fit and design, if you have any doubt about the fit, sizing, quality or its suitability for the task you have intended - please contact us to arrange an exchange or return the item. Remove the item from your horse immediately before it gets dirty. If you are unsure of the fitting of a horse rug or how to use a particular item - please contact us for clarification before using the product. We are only to happy to assist. More info here.

 


Horse Rug Warranty:

We do not guarantee that our rugs will last any set period of time, horses are unpredictable - horse rugs can just as easily be destroyed in the first few moments from an endless list of mischevious activities! But we do our best to design them to be durable for season after season of wear!

 


Manufacturing faults:


Please contact us with your name and date of order and photos of any faults, we would require you to send the faulty item back and we would than issue you with a new item and compensate you for your postage costs.

 

All goods must be returned with the following conditions met;

• Original new condition & original packaging
• Goods must be 100% clean and hair free
• You notify us of the need for an exchange or return within 14 days of receipt
• You return with copy of the invoice/receipt within 7 days of notifying us.


Returns

Please contact us with your name and date of order and let us know reason for returning, The above conditions must be met for refunds to be given.

Postage Costs:

Postage and handling charges are not refundable. If there is a mistake with your order or a faulty item that needs to be returned, we will cover the postage costs for you to return the item to us., the postage cost to send the item back to us as well return postage costs for the replacement, will be at your expense. For customers that have received Free postage, only the cost price of posting that item to you will be deducted upon return.

 

Refund Policy:

 

- Purchase amount minus postage costs are refunded for returns upon return of 'as new and unopened item in original packaging.

- Manufacture faults  -you will receive a full refund including postage costs Or a new rug of same or equal valve of your choice sent out, you will also be paid for any postages costs incured by the return of your faulty item

- Refund will be paid into credit card/bank account/paypal account where purchase was made.

- Refunds will be made within 24hours of returned products arrival at Warehouse.




It is your responsibility to ensure purchased products are fit for the intended use. Impressa Enterprise Pty Ltd accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or death or consequential loss to any property, person or animal resulting from the use or misuse, incorrect fitting or failure of any of our products. You hereby indemnity's and agrees to keep fully and effectually indemnified Impressa Enterprise Pty Ltr, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees and suppliers from and against all losses expenses damages and costs including legal fees on an indemnity basis resulting from any product purchased from Impressa. It is agreed that in consideration for the supply of the product to you, the liability Impressa Enterprise Pty Ltd for any claim, by or on behalf of you the Buyer, their Executors, Administrators and Assigns whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss or damage, including consequential loss arising out of or in connection with, or resulting from the manufacture, sale, delivery, resale, replacement or use of the product is hereby excluded to the fullest extent permissible by law whether such loss is caused by or contributed to by negligence or wilful act of Impressa Enterprise Pty Ltd
